Dear Hawke's Bay Regional Council,
Under the Offical Information Act please could you supply me with the nitrate concentrations obtained at all groundwater wells assessed by HBRC for the past ten years.
Ideally, I would like these as a times series for each well (where possible) and any wells that have exceeded drinking water limits to be identified.

The council say this is going to cost $400 to process even though they have a permanent monitoring system in place and place the current values on their website (but not the historical ones)
