I would like to know the monetary base of the New Zealand Dollar, what I
mean by this is every dollar created by the RBNZ both in the form of
physical currency (notes and coins) and digital currency, minus lost
currency through damaging of notes/coins, and not including the currency

If this information is available I would like to know from the earliest
