Good Afternoon Robert

Over the past couple of weeks Council has received a number of Official
Information Act requests from you. While we have provided you with the
information you requested I now need to give you notice that if more OIA
requests are received from you the Council may look at charging for
responding to these requests. Some of the responses require a lot of staff
time to research and collate the information and under the provisions of
the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act we have the
ability to charge for supplying information where multiple requests are
received from the same requester.

Carol Downs

On behalf of

Ross McNeil, Chief Executive

Dear Carol Downs,

I note your comment regarding charging for the information.

Please also note, that such information should be available for the public to view.

Members of the public could make these requests themselves, however, I am making these requests on behalf other rate payers.

Yours sincerely,
