Can I please have a tally of the various surgical treatments that have
been publicly funded for the treatment of both Crohn's Disease, and
Ulcerative Collitis, for the past 5 calendar years, as detailed by ICD-10
codes, in a similar fashion to that which was delivered on the OIA request
H201500829 for a different set of health conditions.

If possible also could you also supply the cost estimates for each surgery
type, or any relevant information regarding the surgical costs that could
aid in demonstrating the financial cost of these diseases.

As required under the Official Information Act 1982, the Ministry will
respond to your request within 20 working days. You should receive a
response on or before 14 March 2016

If a large amount of information has been requested or if the Ministry
needs to consult in order to make a decision, we may need to extend this
date (this is provided for in Section 15A of the Act).  We will advise you
if such an extension is necessary.
