Follow up request, breakdown of Medical Conditions for special benefit recipients FY to Jun 2015

Dear Ministry of Social Development,

As a follow up to my earlier request, where I asked for the numbers of special benefit recipients for the last decade, is it possible to have a breakdown of special benefit recipients for the Financial year ending June 2015, who remain on the special benefit due to the following medical Conditions

Multiple sclerosis, if possible with a break down by forms, eg Primary progressive MS, etc.

Epilepsy / Seizure disorders

HIV/AIDS

Bowel conditions
Crohn's disease
Ulcerative Collitis

Pain conditions
Fibromyalgia
Complex Regional Pain Syndrome
Chronic Pain Syndrome
Central nervous system sensitization
Spine injury with breakdown by types if possible.

Arthritis
