Audio copy of 111 call made to Police on 16/2/2014

I would like a copy of ALL 111 calls made by myself to Police on 16th February 2014 in relation to a home invasion on that date at whangaparoa, auckland. Calls were made in late afternoon / evening from 0212615080. Police attended at Stanmore Bay.

audio calls into the 111 line.
 
We require some form of photo ID, such as a copy of your driver licence,
so we can process your request, once we receive it, we can continue.

Hello FMC,
 
Mr Ryan contacted Police via the [3]  information@police  email in regards
to gaining some information.  His orginal email is below.  Mr Ryan's email
was responded to on the same day instructing him to report to a station. 
He has emailed back four times today citing we have failed to meet his
request.  Staff in CRL were unaware that information requests could be
done via email.  Our apologies.
