Dear KiwiRail
I am requesting any information around the assessment of civil works required to re-instate the railway after the 2014 derailment on the Dargaville Branch, and other issues that needs to be considered.
Additionally, what process would be required for a company towards becoming a train operating company to use the line if it is re-instated.
