Dear Auckland Council,

For the period 1 January 2026 to the date this request is processed, please provide information relating to manual roadside enforcement of T2 and T3 transit lanes (i.e. enforcement undertaken by staff positioned at the roadside to observe and report infringements, rather than by fixed or automated camera systems).

Specifically, please provide:

1. A list of every location where manual roadside T2/T3 lane enforcement has been undertaken.
2. For each location:
* The dates on which enforcement took place.
* The number of enforcement sessions or deployments.
* The duration of each deployment, if recorded.
* The number of staff involved in each deployment, if recorded.

records

 

We can advise that in accordance with section 12 of the Local Government
Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA) we have transferred

requested information is believed to be more closely aligned with the
functions of Auckland Transport.
