Dear ‘OIA team’ of ‘Government & Executive Services’ from ‘Inland Revenue Department’ of New Zealand.
Based on SR 2000/85 signed on 12 of Apr 2000 at canberra by Lawrence James Anthony in the role of Minister for Community Services on one side and Simon Peter Wallace Murdoch in the role of New Zealand High Commissioner to Australia (assumed from published identities of L Anthony and Simon Murdoch and registered as the schedule 1 of Child Support (Registration and Collection) Regulations 2018 in Australia - please correct me if i am wrong on them) The Child Support Registrar for Australia and the Commissioner of Inland Revenue for New Zealand may enter an arrangement (hereinafter referred to as the Service Arrangement) to facilitate the implementation of this Agreement.
May i kindly ask for a copy of the most recent (and all historical if there were any changes from 2000) service arrangement?
As a side note - interesting way to implement interventions into human reproductive strategies and infringements on human rights with international obligations via subtle sub-legislative pathways, showing negative example to all commonwealth countries on how to trip and avoid established balance checks while pursuing ANZCERTA goals.
Kind Regards,
Anatoly
