Dear Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade,
I request the following information under the Official Information Act 1982:
1) The oldest unpaid invoice currently held on MFAT's accounts payable system:
- Date it was raised
- Payment terms at the time of issuance
- Original invoice value
- A brief description of the goods or services the invoice relates to, or the relevant expense category used in financial records
2) The oldest unpaid invoice currently held on the MFAT's accounts receivable system (money owed to the department by a customer or external entity):
- Date it was raised
- Payment terms at the time of issuance
- Original invoice value
- A brief description of the goods or services the invoice relates to, or the relevant revenue category used in financial records
