OFFICIAL INFORMATION REQUEST: LEDGER GOODMAN PUMP STATION CORRESPONDENCE 
We refer to your official information request which was formally transferred to us by the 
Office of Hon Penny Simmonds dated 8 April 2026.  
You had requested: 
1. Any and all correspondence between the Health Department and the Council
relating to the Ledger-Goodman pump station.
On 9 April 2026, we sought clarification from you regarding the date range for the 
correspondence requested. As we did not receive a response to that request, we proceeded 
to conduct a search of emails sent to and from Council mailboxes with email addresses 
under LGOIMA
ending in ‘[email address]’, using the keywords ‘ledger’ and ‘Goodman’, for the period 8 April 
2016 to 8 April 2026. 
Three emails were identified during the search. Upon review, none were within the scope of 
your request. 
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this decision.
