In which you requested the following:

I request the following information relating to travel undertaken by Hon
David Seymour in his ministerial capacity from 1 June 2025 to the date of
this request:

 

For all international and domestic travel during this period, please
provide:

o The dates of travel;
o The destination(s);
o The purpose of the travel;
o The number of staff who travelled with the Minister;
o The total cost of each trip, itemised where possible (including but
not limited to flights, accommodation, ground transport, and any other
associated costs);
o The class of airfare booked for the Minister and accompanying staff
(e.g., economy, premium economy, business);
o The total cumulative cost of all travel during this period.

 

The Department will provide its response to your request as soon as
practicable and within twenty working days. The due date for your request
is 26 March 2026. We will contact you if we require clarification of your
request, more time to respond, or if your request has been transferred to
another organisation to respond to.

 

Please note that in cases where the Department’s response provides
information that is identified to be of general public interest, the
response may also be published on the Department of Internal Affairs
website. If the Department publishes its response to your OIA request, all
personal information, including your name and contact details, will be
removed.
