Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,

Under the Official Information Act 1982, I request confirmation of whether any exemptions have been granted under section 168D of the Land Transport Act 1998 from any requirements in the Land Transport (Road User) Rule 2004, from 1 January 2022 to the present.

I have searched the New Zealand Gazette for published notices and have been unable to locate any such records.

If exemptions have been made, please indicate the number of exemptions and provide copies (or links to) those Gazette notices.

If no exemptions have been made, please confirm that.
