Notifications of Exemptions from Land Transport Rules
Julyan Lawry made this Official Information request to New Zealand Transport Agency
Currently waiting for a response from New Zealand Transport Agency, they must respond promptly and normally no later than (details and exceptions).
From: Julyan Lawry
Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,
I am trying to find Notifications of Exemptions from Land Transport Rules. Specifically Exemptions from the Graduated Driver Licensing System.
I understand from section 166 of the Land Transport act 1998 that The number and nature of exemptions granted under subsection (1) must be notified in the Gazette at intervals not longer than 3 months.
The latest I can find in the Gazette online is dated 21 Jan 2022 and covers the period 1 April 2021 to 30 June 2021. I have confirmed with the Gazette that there are no further publications able to be found.
Yours faithfully,
Julyan Lawry
