This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Aaron W to read recent responses and update the status.

From: Aaron W

Dear Christopher Luxon,

Please refer: https://fyi.org.nz/request/33497-evidenc...

Please provide all material relating to responding to this request. This request is intended to cover all commissioning, discussion about response etc. This would also include information which is known to an agency but has not yet been written down (so discussions between office staff). Please provide a record of all discussions relating to this request.

Your office took 20 days to respond to my request. And the response simply noted publicly available materials. This appears to be a pattern from Government Ministers and I am concerned that Ministers are waiting the maximum period allowed, rather than responding as soon as practicable as set out in the legislation.

Please see previous examples:

Rt Hon Chris Luxon: https://fyi.org.nz/request/30376-all-evi...
Rt Hon Winston Peters: https://fyi.org.nz/request/30574-informa...
Hon David Seymour: https://fyi.org.nz/request/31208-all-inf...

Yours faithfully,

Aaron W
