Dear Sarah Boyle,

Thank you as always for your assistance and the time taken to prepare a
response. I note “20 hours a day” is not a particular common expression,
so you can see where the confusion has come from.

Can you confirm that this request is refused under section 18(e) as the
information does not exist? The response from Mr Burrows does not cite a
ground for not providing this information
