Thank you as always for your assistance and the time taken to prepare a response. I note “20 hours a day” is not a particular common expression, so you can see where the confusion has come from.
Can you confirm that this request is refused under section 18(e) as the information does not exist? The response from Mr Burrows does not cite a ground for not providing this information

18(e) on the basis that no information exists.
No grounds for refusing your request were applied, as we provided the
information held that supports the Prime Minister's statement regarding
the level of work being undertaken on this issue. I can confirm that no
further information exists.
I remind you that you are entitled to ask the Ombudsman to review any
response to requests for official information under section 28(3) of the
Act.
