I am writing to request the following information under the Official Information Act 1982 in relation to services provided by Hato Hone St John.
First Response Units
The locations or geographic distribution of all First Response Units.
The mechanisms by which First Response Units are alerted to an emergency incident.
First Response Groups
A definition of what constitutes a First Response Group.
The locations or geographic distribution of all First Response Groups.
The mechanisms by which First Response Groups are alerted to incidents.
The standard equipment provided to members who respond in their own vehicles.
Whether members of First Response Groups are permitted to use emergency warning devices (lights and/or sirens) on their personal vehicles, and under what legal authority or restrictions.
PRIME Responses
A list of organisations or provider types that deliver PRIME responses when requested.
The mechanisms by which PRIME responders are alerted to incidents.
The training requirements for PRIME responders.
The standard equipment provided to PRIME responders.
If any of this information is held by Health New Zealand rather than the Ministry of Health, I would appreciate it being transferred accordingly under section 14 of the Act.
