Under the OIA I would like to request the following.

Please provide details of all contracts if any, awarded to the Manukau Urban Māori Authority between January 2020 and January 15th, 2026. This should include what the contract/service is for and the dollar amount.

Please provide details of contracts if any, regarding Ram Raiders/Young offenders and wrap around support services/ well-being support that were awarded to MUMA in 2022, 2023 and 2024, and 2025. Please provide all communications if any, including but not limited to emails and texts between OT and Willie Jackson between 2022 and 2023 regarding these services.

Please provide the details on how and why MUMA was selected to provide these services, the awarding/tender process and sign off. How many providers were considered and short listed before MUMA was awarded these contracts.

Please provide details on how a conflict of interest, real or perceived between then Minister Jackson and MUMA where Jackson's wife was CEO, was managed.

Please provide the total number of people who attended a wraparound/Ram raid/young offenders program in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. How many have reoffended in the first year, or 2nd year after attending the program?

How does OT measure success of this program?
