Kia ora,

In reference to the following OIA request.

Under the OIA please provide all meetings from November 2023 through to July 31st between Mayor Wayne Brown and Central Auckland MP Chloe Swarbrick to specifically discuss homelessness in Auckland.

Please provide the total number of meetings that have taken place between Mayor Brown and Swarbrick between the dates concerned.

Please acknowledge if the council received follow up messages on the 29th of August, 3rd of September and the 9th of September.

Please provide all communications relating to the handling of the above request sent on the 31st of July.

To best assist you we would need to know the end date. Is it 31 July 2024
or 2025.

No, that’s the original OIA I submitted and have had no response to despite it being well overdue and 3 separate follow up messages. As a result I am OIA requesting that lack of acknowledgement and response with the following….
