Please provide:
- Any complaints or inquiries received regarding satellite internet providers' data collection practices
- Assessment of whether satellite providers routing NZ internet traffic through foreign jurisdictions complies with NZ privacy law
- Any advice provided to government on data sovereignty implications of satellite internet services
