January 2026 for social media and/or website monitoring. 

 
We received your request on 3 January 2026. We will endeavour to respond
as soon as possible, and no later than 10 February 2026, which is 20
working days after the date of receipt. If we are unable to respond to
your request by then, we will notify you of an
extension of that timeframe.

1. Do you employ staff to monitor social media pages of certain members of
the public?
2. Do you employ staff to monitor social media or websites of certain
groups?
3. Who are these groups? How many individual accounts are monitored ?
4. Can you supply meeting minutes and correspondence about monitoring
certain social media or websites or individuals?
5. How many staff does Horizons employ in the social media department?
6. Has the number of staff increased in the last 2 years?
