Dear Upper Hutt City Council,

Please provide all information held in relation to the decisions made to instate no dumping signage, including costs and alternative measures considered, as well as any information related to why alternative options were not actioned. Particularly related to Mangaroa/Blue Mountains/Whitemans Valley, but please also include information for other areas.
Please also include annual costs to council for clearing of dumped rubbish along rural/rural fringe roads and the number and location of all dumping reports over the last 10 years.
