Dear Accident Compensation Corporation,
The "Shoe Clinic" is a nationwide franchise and a retailer who predominantly sells footwear. In Total there are 17 Shoe Clinic stores nationwide. It is assumed that each store is independently owned.
I am aware that ACC has vendor contracts in order that ACC can directly make payment to any individual Shoe Clinic Store.
Questions for ACC.
How many vendor contracts in total does ACC have with the Shoe Clinic stores?
For each of the last 3 years and nationwide how much in costs has ACC funded for footwear for claimants?
For each of the last 3 years how many pairs of footwear for ACC claimants has ACC funded from the Shoe Clinic stores nationwide?
In order to expedite this information request and prevent unnecessary delays I do not require the above questions to be broken down to individual stores.
