Dear Hamilton City Council,

As you are aware, the Waikato Regional Airport Limited meets the
definition of a "Council Controlled Organisation" in the Local Government
Act 2002.

I am making this request to the Hamilton City Council as the largest
shareholder of Waikato Regional Airport Limited. Please transfer this
request to another authority as appropriate.

Please provide a copy of the following:
- The most recent airport masterplan and / or long term plan
- Any plans, documentation, correspondence regarding the decision to not
pursue a runway extension
- Any plans, documentation, correspondence regarding additional
international services to or from the airport
- Any plans, documentation, correspondence regarding additional domestic
jet services to or from the airport
- Any plans, documentation, correspondence regarding infrastructure
requirements should security screening be a mandatory requirement for all
flights, not just the current >90 seat threshold
