This is a request for information and documentation as covered by the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 and/or the Official Information Act 1982.

Each question should be considered and answered individually where possible.

1. Can Hamilton City Council provide the dates and invitation documents/correspondence for all the consultation activity in the last five years for the Southern Wastewater Treatment Plant?

2. Can Hamilton City Council provide a list (with dates when contact was first made) of all the communities, groups, and organisations which were contacted about the Southern Wastewater Treatment Plant, between 01 April 2020 and 01 April 2025?

3. Can Hamilton City Council provide a list of all potential site options considered for the Southern Wastewater Treatment Plant?

4. Can Hamilton City Council provide the assessment criteria documents used to evaluate the potential site options considered for the Southern Wastewater Treatment Plant?

5. Can Hamilton City Council provide the documents where the potential site options (or short listed sites) are compared and/or assessed for the Southern Wastewater Treatment Plant?
