2. Whether NZ Police maintain:
o Internal registers
o Disclosure flags
o Integrity or credibility markers
3. Guidance provided to Police Prosecutors and Crown Solicitors on:
o When officer credibility must be disclosed
4. Aggregate statistics (not names) showing:
o Number of officers subject to disclosure obligations
o Nature of credibility concerns (categories only)
This request does not seek personal identifying information, but concerns systemic accountability and fair trial safeguards.
