I am making this request under section 12 of the Official Information Act 1982.
I am seeking all written information, including documents, coordinations with other agencies, and job sheets/logs held by NZ Police relating to the incident concerning the drowning of a 26-year-old at Karioitahi Beach on Monday evening the 8th of December 2025.
