Ikea opening traffic managemen

Felix Lee made this Official Information request to Auckland Transport

This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Felix Lee to read a recent response and update the status.

From: Felix Lee

Dear Auckland Transport,

Congratulations on a successful management of Ikea's opening! This is an LGOIMA request for information about it

1. I would like the report that made the prediction of a 40 minute wait to get off the motorway. Please provide me a full copy of the report
2. It seems communication played a large part in managing the traffic. Please provide the communication plan that showed for the period before Ikea opening, what was the messages AT wanted to communicate, and the channels used to communicate.

The following relates to 4-8 December inclusive:

3. Traffic management techniques AT had to implement to deal with Ikea traffic. A brief summary is fine.
4. Predicted traffic number per day and actual traffic numbers per day. You can pick the measurement location(s) that best represents traffic in that area.

Thank you very much for your help.

Yours faithfully,

Felix Lee
