I request the release of all communications, records, and documents authored, received, forwarded, or held by Local Board Member George Wood, that relate to skateparks or wheeled recreation facilities within the Devonport–Takapuna Local Board area.

This request includes, but is not limited to:

1. All emails, attachments, and internal correspondence

between George Wood and:

Auckland Council staff

other Local Board members

governing body members

external stakeholders

community groups or residents

…where the subject matter relates to skateparks, wheeled recreation, youth recreation, or Woodall Park.

2. All text messages, phone logs, Teams/Zoom chats, or messaging app records

on Council-managed devices or accounts.

3. Any briefing notes, memos, reports, or informal communications

prepared for or by George Wood that concern skateparks or wheeled recreation in:

Woodall Park

Devonport

Bayswater

Belmont

Takapuna

Milford

or any other reserve in the D-T area

4. Communications relating to the September 2025 decision (DT/2025/191)

including any attempts to influence staff interpretation of the Woodall Park Reserve Management Plan.

5. Communications relating to the Notice of Motion dated 19 November 2025,

including drafts, advice sought, advice received, stakeholder discussions, and correspondence with community members.

LGOIMA requires us to provide you with information no later than 20
working days after receiving your request. Your request will take longer
than usual. This is because the days commencing 20 December and ending 10
January are not counted as working days. This is explained in section 2(1)
