We are conducting reports on the state of the local facilities in east
auckland and would like to please request the below info relating

1)
What date was this built?
2)
What was the cost to deliver this asset at the time it was built (Capex)
3)
Since being built, can you please advise the amount of money spent on each
of these areas and to include any maintanence, repairs/renewals include
the costs of custodians/supervisor that may be linked to any of these
areas potentially under another item/name/number. a year by year breakdown
would be appreciated

1) Logan Carr Reserve, Botany Downs,
2) Wellington Street, Howick Domain-
3) Lloyd Elsmore Skatepark
4) Barry Curtis Skatepark
5) Nixon Pump Track, Howick
