Dear Fire and Emergency New Zealand,

Under the provisions of the Official Information Act I request the following information relating to theTongariro Vegetation Fire that was reported on the afternoon of Saturday 8th of November 2025 and which burst through some 2,900 ha of alpine conservation land.

1, A copy of the ICAD report for this incident covering the period 8 -11th November 2025.

2. A copy of each of the Incident Actions Plans for the response to the incident covering the period 8-11th November 2025 including both the Day shifts and the Night shifts.
