Under Section 12 of the Official Information Act, I would like to request the following information:

Emails or correspondence relating to advice or concerns about LGBT (including but not limited to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer) sports players/athletes in sports between January 2011 up to the date of receiving.

Emails or correspondence about homophobia in sports or on the sports field between January 2011 up to the date of receiving on school and club sports.

Emails or correspondence about or for 'Out on the Fields' report released in May 2015 (about homophobia in team sports and gay sports players).

Statistics about the number of gay or bisexual athletes involved with sport in New Zealand.
