Dear Sport and Recreation New Zealand,
Can you please provide the dates and the cost of any staff meetings held at external venues for Sports NZ and High Performance Sports NZ from 1 January 2023. For clarification - costs should include the venue and equipment hire, and catering costs for each meeting.

Thank you for your email of 17 February 2024. We are treating your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA). We acknowledge receipt of your OIA, asking for the cost of Sport NZ and High Performance Sport NZ staff meetings held at external venues.
We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and in any event no later than 15 March 2024. If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will notify you of an extension of that timeframe.
Please note that this takes into account the 2023/24 holiday period where there is a three-week period where the days are not counted as 'working days'. You can find out more information about the holiday period on the Ombudsman website: https://www.ombudsman.parliament.nz/news...
