Urgent Request re Consultation process

Dear Fire and Emergency New Zealand,
This is an urgent request under the section (12)(3) of the Official Information Act.
The reasons for this are:
Request refers to the current restructure consultation. The response to this request will be used in consultation feedback, which will not be usable after the consultation period has closed.

Request:
The consultation document has current capability gaps, and does not mention anything about how current processes are proposed to be managed.
Please provide a statement, and any supplementary communications (emails, teams, etc) regarding the following:
Has FENZ initiated any discussions with external companies about their capacity to handle outsourcing or partial outsourcing of the following functions
Desktop Support (IT Support)
Application Support (SMS, AMS, Awhina, Mobility)
Infrastructure and Networking (Azure Cloud, on prem hardware)

Note the above do not feature exhaustive lists and are to be interpreted as examples only

If so, what are the names of the companys involved in these discussions.

I confirm I am a NZ Citizen for the purposes of the Official Information Act.
