The list should include:

Time of incident
Nature of incident, e.g injury accident, fatal accident

I advise that Police have transferred the second part of your request to the New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA), as the information to which your request relates is not held by Police but is held by that agency. In these circumstances, we are required by section 14 of the OIA to transfer your request.

20 working days of receiving your request – in this instance on or before
24 December 2025.
