Dear Andy
Thank you for your Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) request received 12 November
2025, in which you asked about offences on Grenada Drive in Wellington. I have
answered each part of your request below.
I request a list of all driving offences since 2015 related to Grenada Drive,
Wellington. The list should include the fol owing:
Date of offence
Time of offence
Nature of offence
Amount of fine

I refer you to the spreadsheet included with my response for the number of infringement
offences recorded on Grenada Drive between 1 January 2015 and 31 October 2025. The
data does not include notices subsequently cancelled, but does include notices waived
(for example where compliance was completed).
Police is unable to report non-infringement offences at the street level. Accordingly, your
request insofar as it relates to non-infringement driving offences is refused under section
18(e) of the OIA as the information does not exist.
Please note the data supplied has been drawn from a dynamic operational database and
is subject to change as new information is recorded.
I would also like a list of all traffic accidents since 2015 reported to you related to
Grenada Drive, Wel ington.

The list should include:
Date of incident
Time of incident
Nature of incident, e.g injury accident, fatal accident

As advised on 26 November 2025, Police believes that NZ Transport Agency Waka
Kotahi may hold the information you have requested and therefore your request was
partial y transferred under section 14 of the OIA. You can expect to hear from them in due
course.
