Dear New Zealand Police,
I was issued with infringement notice PV8146395 on 15 October 2025 on West Coast Road near Darfield by officer ACEC21. She failed to allow me to see the reading and verbally advised me of my speed whilst towing a trailer. I subsequently received the notice and she had increased the speed I was advised by 5KMH.
As such I request a copy of the certificate of calibration for the equipment allegedly used and the qualification showing the officer is competent to operate said system
