Dear Waikato District Health Board,

 

In 2014 the WDHB published a summary of surgical procedure costs.  This
document can be found at

This document indicated that the cost of a spinal fusion was $43,300 and a
hip replacement was $20,200.

 

Can you please provide me with a copy of the detailed financial analysis
used to determine these costs?
