Under the OIA please provide all communications between council staff and Mayor Tory Whanau and her staff regarding the photographing/painting of her portrait. This should include initial discussions, when advice was sought form the from the Mayor's office and any "fight to have a painting done by a local artist"
Please provide all communications between Mayor Whanau and her staff and the artist Clark Roworth.
