I am a NZ citizen currently residing in Auckland, NZ
I am requesting a copy of the NZ Police homicide enquiry report into the shooting of Paul Melvin Stowers by a member of the NZ CONSTABULARY on 28/10/90
To avoid confusion I do not mean the IPCA report, nor the NZ Police Procedural investigation report. It is the Police Homicide Enquiry Report I am requesting
