Shootings and other fatal incidents by NZ police by ethnicity

I am a New Zealand citizen and current resident of Aotearoa, as required by s12(1) of the OIA 1982.
I am requesting information regarding:
1. People fatally shot by the New Zealand police (including armed constabulary and police force records) with dates and ethnicity of the victim listed
2. People non-fatally shot by the New Zealand police (including armed constabulary and police force records) with dates and ethnicity of the victim listed
3. Other encounters with the New Zealand police that resulted in civilian casualties (e.g. deaths during chases, in crashes caused by police cars etc) with dates and ethnicity of the victim listed
For each of these, if possible I would also like to know the names of each person, but if that information needs to be withheld for privacy reasons, please redact as necessary.

Neither of these requests have been addressed in any follow-up sent to me. Given that today was the last day of the legal timeframe after clarification was requested for my OIA, can you please let me know what the cause of the delay for this information has been and when I can reasonably expect this information to be made available?
