Dear Nelson City Council,
Given Sarah Clarke ran the procurement process for the NCC Open Spaces Contract and then accepted a role with Green by Nature to deliver the same contract, can you please confirm the total dollar amount of variations to contract agreed between NCC and Green by Nature that occurred in the three weeks prior to Sarah Clarke's resignation from NCC?
