I refer to your official information request dated 20 September 2025 for: 
Confirm the total dollar amount of variations to contract agreed between NCC and Green by 
Nature that occurred in the three weeks prior to Sarah Clarke's resignation from NCC? 
There were no Contract Variations agreed to over the designated period between 
Nelson City Council and Green by Nature.
