Could you please confirm:
1. Whether Andrew Lesā has been, or is being, appointed to the role of Visiting Justice for prisons. If he is appointment, please explain why in detail.
2. Whether Mr Lesā’s Justice of the Peace (JP) warrant, including his entitlement to use the post-nominal “JP,” has been revoked. If not, why not? Please provide a detailed explanation.
