Could you please provide the letter issued by your office to him regarding his removal from these roles? Additionally, please share any communication you had with him concerning his suitability for the roles.

You also mentioned that you heard from him directly — could you clarify how that communication took place? Was it via email or a verbal conversation? If it was in written form, please supply a copy of the email or memo.
