I am writing to acknowledge receipt of your request for information about
Tenders for Legal services at Oranga Tamariki for vaccine mandates under
the [1]Official Information Act 1982.

Dear Oranga Tamariki—Ministry for Children, I refer to this information
supplied that Oranga Tamariki terminated workers for not being vaccinated
against

Some of these vaccine mandate cases have been heard in the Employment
Relations Authority.

 

1. Would you kindly share the procurement process for these legal services
for vaccine mandates in relation to the Government Procurement rules which
are here

There are no tenders that I can find for legal services to Health NZ on
the Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS) website

2. Please share the "Opt-out" approvals if these services did not go
