Health NZ has paid approximately $272,000 in legal costs responding to the COVID-19 vaccine mandate worker claims.

There are no tenders that I can find for legal services to Health NZ on the Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS) website https://www.gets.govt.nz
2. Please share the "Opt-out" approvals if these services did not go through GETS.

Dear hnzOIA,
Please would you supply the requested information because I do not believe the $100k threshold applies here. For example OIA HNZ00087554 Response
says that Waikato DHB terminated 95 staff has spent $327,893.69 on settlements implying the legal fees are more than 100k for the 20 settlements to date.
