Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,

In respect of COVID-19 products (limited to injectable medicines) to
enable identification of which entity :-

i) ordered the product
ii) imported the product; and
iii) the product was charged to

From March 2020 until July 2023 (inclusive) please provide for all imports

Copies of the
-purchase order form
-shipping form and/or waybill shipping
-Packing slip for product on arrival

All pricing information will be redacted.  Only the information required
to establish the above i)-iii) is requested.

The same request for information has been sent to Ministry of Health and
Pharmac so the three agencies can establish who is responsible for this
request.  I trust this approach will avoid the bouncing around between
agencies that can occur.
 
We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible, and no
later than 6/10/2025, being 20 working days after the day your request
was received. If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will
notify you of an extension of that timeframe. If you have any enquiries
