you) that evidences your residential address in New Zealand; or
o a copy of information that evidences you’re currently in New Zealand

Can you please provide the following information on Fire and Emergency New
Zealand (FENZ) vehicles:

• Registration Number

• Make

• Model

• Year

• Current Callsign

• Current Station

• Current appliance type/designation (e.g. Pump, Aerial, Tanker) •
Current/Latest Mileage (odometer and/or hubodometer) • Current/Latest Pump
or Engine Hours (if applicable for that vehicle type) • Number of FENZ
Incidents the appliance has been attached to or attended • Year of
purchase or acquisition by FENZ • Year of forecast vehicle retirement
(removal from active and relief service) • Date of last scheduled service
• Date of last unscheduled service (in the case of a breakdown or failure)

 

Please arrange by vehicle registration number.

Please provide in a XLSX format.
