Please would you please provide information on District Health Board workers for their treatment injury claims and worker deaths that occurred at DHB workplaces.

Please share the total number of DHB worker injury claims and worker deaths at the DHB workplaces from the year 2021 onwards.

In these figures, please would you include a breakdown by DHB region for these numbers.

in that response, you have asked us to provide DHB work place deaths per
year. 

 

The <4 fatal ACC claims mentioned in our 2 October 2025 response occurred
in 2023.
